Welcome home!
Private in-person puppy training
Kickstart your puppy’s training journey with our Welcome Home! program. During your first session, you’ll learn how to settle your puppy successfully into your home, tackle common puppy challenges, and begin training. In follow-up sessions we’ll expand on these areas and make positive behavior stronger and more reliable. If you want to take the ‘argh!’ out of puppy raising, this program is for you and your family.
Sessions are held in the home, and in local areas, depending on training needs. We’ll tailor your Welcome Home! program to your goals – both short term and long term – as we help you learn to communicate with your puppy while developing the lifestyle you dream of.
All our programs include all things puppy, including socialization, house training, handling, tips for nipping & mouthing, and lots of recall games to build focus and attention. Also, all the basic skills and training such as sit, down, off, leave it, and stay. Plus a trick or two!

Designed for owners who want one-on-one time with their dog and a trainer.

Day Training (available for puppies 6 months and older)
Let me train your dog for you. Day training is the ideal solution for people who want their dog trained but don’t have the time to attend regular training classes. It’s a great alternative to a “board and train” program where are dogs are left at a facility to learn. Instead, your dog will get professional training while staying in the comfort of their own home.
We do the work, you enjoy the results!
Virtual Puppy (Online Puppy Training)
Want ultimate flexibility, with the added benefit of revisiting weekly sessions, receiving constructive feedback, and accessing training from anywhere? Virtual Puppy training sessions may be what you’re looking for!
Online training offers the same great training experience, with even more adaptability. During these sessions we’ll discuss progress, work on your puppy’s training, and explore resources in a fun and interactive way.
Welcome Home Package Options
All programs begin with an Initial Behavior & Training Assessment
🐾 We begin with a 60 to 90 minute in-home training & behavior consultation.
🐾 This session is full of great tips and solutions – all aimed at setting you and your puppy up for success.
🐾 We’ll come up with a training and behavior plan to achieve your goals and customize it for your family’s lifestyle.
🐾 We’ll get started right away on management and safety strategies to give you some relief and peace of mind.
🐾 We’ll make recommendations and help you choose the training option best for you and your dog’s needs.

Puppy Intro

In this quick introductory program, we’ll start on some basic skills & problem solving, helping to set you and your puppy up for early success.

All the basic skills plus we get into more advanced life skills such as loose leash walking and building a reliable recall even around distractions and at a distance.

When is the best time to start puppy training? In our experience, before they’ve arrived!
Our Puppy Prologue consultations offer a proactive approach to your puppy’s training. We’ll equip you with everything you need to know before you bring your puppy home. If you’re still in the decision phase, we can also discuss breed considerations and how to select the right pup for your home. Say goodbye to being overwhelmed and hello to organized, fun, and effective training.
