About Dianna Buck, CPDT-KA, CBCC-KA, CSAT
Dianna Buck has been working with dogs since 1998 and is a lifelong pet lover and Los Angeles native. Her services are always tailored to her clients’ diverse needs – including busy households, people with challenging and changeable work schedules, and dogs with multiple caregivers.
Education and professionalism are incredibly important to Dianna, and she is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer, Behavior Consultant and Separation Anxiety Trainer. She is also an AKC Approved Canine Good Citizen and AKC Trick Dog Evaluator. Dianna is a proud member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers, the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants and the Pet Professional Guild.
Passionate about supporting rescue dogs, Dianna has worked for the Pasadena Humane Society’s Behavior Department as a certified SAFER (Safety Assessment For Evaluation Rehoming) Evaluator, helping dogs to be placed in their forever homes, and started their first tricks class. She’s also spent time with X-Plorer Dog Solutions in Northern Italy training with their search and rescue dogs as well as their amazing therapy dog program.
Dianna helps dog lovers address behavior issues using positive reinforcement as well as Least Intrusive, Minimally Aversive (LIMA) training methods. Her aim is to improve every family member’s quality of life – human and animal.
Dianna lives with her two sons, standard poodle Edie (TKA), miniature poodle Quick, doodle rescue Xotchi, African Grey parrot Hero, Sun Conure Cheeto, bearded dragon Snoop, and one very patient husband. She understands first-hand the busy combination of career, kids, and animals!
